EU-70EU-70L is a multipurpose shutter for encrusting machines. As an optional equipment, EU-70L can be used with HM-737 and HM-777 for making mini buns, soup dumplings, xiao long bao, Chinese meat pie and all. With independent motors, the speed of shutter blades and the conveyor can be adjusted separately. This mechanism allows users to control the size and capacity with precision. Moreover, under the conveyor, equipped with conveyor lifting device that can hold the food product when the shutter cut it off. As for the shutter, EU-70L has three types of shutter for users to choose. The 6-blade, 9-blade and 12-blade shutters can produce different kinds of folding marks on the top of the food products. Among the three types of shutters, 12-blade shutter is the most popular for xiao long bao making. The 12-fold marks created by the shutter received more positive feedbacks from consumers.
