Based on such strong foundation, Hundred Machinery’s team of technical experts continue to transform and upgrade both skills and machines to live up to clients’ needs. Since 2007, Hundred Machinery has developed a series of new automatic stuffed food forming machines. These new generation encrusting machines can produce pineapple cakes, moon cakes, glutinous rice balls (tang yuan), fish balls, meat balls, crystal dumplings, Ang Ku Kueh, mochi, Coxinha, Scotch eggs, croquettes and so on. Aside from encrusting machine, we also developed dumpling machines for Samosas, turnovers and Xiao long baos, meat bun machines for bread and fermented products, and stuffed food forming machines for biscuits, pastries and confectionery products. Additionally, we developed pastry sheet making machines for spring rolls and samosas.

Hundred Machinery gained our place in Taiwan’s market and fought our way to the global market.
