This feeder machine is designed for arraying and lining to the same direction for the materials with
the shape of hemisphere especially. It can be applied onto arraying and lining to the same direction for
exporting the materials on the four rails at the outlet simultaneously.When the material is full, the optical
sensor at the four sides which will response to control the quantity of the materials in the machine and the
exported quantity at the same time. The exported materials will be arrayed and lined to the same direction
on the way to the processing machines for further processing. And the problem of abnormal supplying
materials on the connecting parts of the rails can be solved, as well as accomplished the goal of saving
labor cost at the same time.
