*The SY-M800 is a compact horizontal band sealer with metal construction with painting. The pre-made bags are sealed lying flat on the on the conveyor while sealing. Its conveyor can be adjusted up & down, front & back. All operating are controlled by a digital control panel. By using PTFE sealing bands, PE, PP, Alum. Nylon and other laminates bags can be sealed. (By using Stainless sealing band can only seal Alum. Nylon and other laminates bags.) The Maximum distance between seal and top of bags: 35mm. Continuous Band sealer can speed up production offers rapidly and securely seal lots of different bag materials, providing outstanding strength.

*Adjustable speed: 1-10M/per minute.
*Sealing width: 5mm or 10mm depends on materials (PE: 5mm, Nylon, Alum materials: 10mm)
*Applications for food, chemistry, hardware parts packaging and Tyvek sterilization pouch.
*Stainless steel housing (#304) is optional.
